A dark sorcerer who was thrown into a tower because his family believed he was an ill omen. He learned dark magic from an evil sorcerer. When he met Aldous, he cursed the prince and took him into the woods. At night, Audwin turns into an owl to spy on Aldous. To prevent the undoing of his curse, he dressed up as Aldous and attended Signy's coming-of-age ceremony.
Audwin is a Swan Lake Companion.

Letters[]
First Letter
Runaway Princess
The crows told me that a young lady has been visiting the forest a lot, and that she's made friends with the swans. I suppose that piqued my interest, but guess what? That girl skipping down to the lake in a maid's uniform is none other than a princess from the castle, and the precious daughter of King Edward XII!
Oh, don't misunderstand. This letter isn't a prank. It's merely a warning message from a stranger. I hate the swans at the lake, and the kind act they put on simply makes me nauseous. I've no idea when they'll ever stop that gross pretense.
Anyway, you should stay away from those swans, you mischievous little princess. If you don't, I'll send a letter to your father as well.
Enemy of Swans
Second Letter
Disobedient Princess
You've ignored my warning, and this is the result.
I have not forgotten how that bunch of nobility barged into the forest and made a mess by the lake with their arrows flying everywhere. The commotion actually woke me up... But I guess you've done something good after all, because you shot that swan. Hah! But I do admire your courage and presence of mind. When that ugly swan morphed into a human, you simply accepted it without blinking an eye. No wonder you ignored my warning.
Don't even dream of breaking the swan's curse. This is my last warning to you. If you listen, I promise that you and the King won't be harmed, and I can even solve the troubles you face. I'm not like that pretentious swan. I keep my promises.
The Sorcerer
Third Letter
Signy
These days, I’ve been pondering over the names “Owl Sorcerer” and “Audwin”, and wondering which suits me better. I’m used to the first one, and I’m unfamiliar with the latter. But every time you call me “Audwin”, in my mind, I see the boy stride bravely out of the tower he was trapped in… Have you somehow learned a strange form of witchcraft?
Ignoring warnings and doing as you please… these annoying traits seem to morph into positive ones when it comes to you. If you hadn’t been so willful, forest nights would never have become as peaceful as they are now. Perhaps we truly are similar in some ways. We are people who refuse to be bound by our titles. The sorcerer is still a prince, and the princess is still an ordinary human being. The choices have been ours all along.
Signy, if I do return to being “Audwin”, it’s thanks to you and all that you’ve done.
