Maud, the Clothing Designer

Designer Works is a feature within Boutique. Here, you are able to either Craft Clothes or Alter Clothes.

Craft Clothes[]

Craft Clothes is where you can use any blueprints you have earned or purchased to make clothing. Blueprints of story clothes are rewarded for completing stages or can be purchased from Parven's Shop for Diamonds . Blueprints of special clothes are rewarded for participating in events or can be purchased with real money.

Clothing material can be obtained from encounters, Parven's Shop, kitty exploration, some events, and gift boxes from your Companions.

If you use your "last" piece of clothing to craft another piece, it will still be in your wardrobe. Once you have obtained a piece of clothing, you will always be able to wear it.

Alter Clothes[]

Altering clothes is a method of upgrading low rarity clothing into the high rarity versions used in sets. So far there is five sets that involve altering.

This process can use dozens or even hundred of the base clothing, along with a large amount of crafting materials and Gold . You may want to wait to work on altering final versions of clothing until you are done working on stories.

You will have to own a copy of the item you want to alter to see the complete recipe in the altering section. You cannot see third level altering options until you've completed the second level. If you use up all your copies of an outfit, you will temporarily lose its' recipe in the altering section. For example, if you use up all your Pure Hearts to make Exquisite Wings, you will no longer see Pure Heart as an altering option until you make another copy. As always, any clothing you use up while altering will still be in your wardrobe.
