Explanations

Infobox

The infobox used on the individual Companions page is the Characters Template, it will show all the basic data about the Companion, as an introduction.

Companions Images files will always be named like this: Character Name.png (eg. Gabrielle.png) or like this: Character Name and Last Name.png (eg. Layla MacKenna.png). You'll have to test both ways and click "Preview" to see which of the names will make the image appear. If you create the page and the Companion image doesn't appear (in any of the tests) and there's a red link instead, don't worry, it means that the image hasn't been uploaded to the Wiki yet but will be soon.

Not every Companion will have relatives, if that's the case, just leave the relatives= field blank.

Intro

At the top type: {{Tabber|tab1=Overview|tab2=Gallery}}

The <in-game companion info> refers to the short text that appears in the game when you click on the question mark in the Lantern. This short text should always be in italics on the page.

Profile

The Appearance section is optional. Only add if you feel inspired to describe the character's appearance.

The Interests are provided in the Lantern under the question mark. Just copy.

The Lantern Quotes refer to the characters' lines when you: interact with them, give them a gift, and when you try to interact but have no more attempts.

Note that on the Queen Marie, Magic Lamp, and Gotham Memoirs individual Companions pages, you will see a different section, with just the title Quotes and three different lines. This is because the Companions of these stories can be found under the Recollections in the game, and when you click on them, these three lines will appear. But this is only available for these three stories and no others.

Gift Guide

Only three gifts should be added to the table:

  • 3-star gift with both traits
  • 3-star gift with only the first trait
  • 3-star gift with only the second trait

The only exception is when the Companion likes gifts with the Food Tag trait. There is no 3-star gift in the game that has ONLY the Food trait. In this case, you add only two gift options to the table:

  • 3-star gift with both traits
  • 3-star gift with only the other trait

Also, just below the table, you type: There is no 3-star gift with the only trait being Food.<br><br>

Goodwill Gifts

This is for listing any Blueprints, Keepsakes, Diamonds, and material boxes earned by increasing Goodwill. Apparently there is a pattern in the game, as shown in the code. The only anomalies found in the game so far are the following:

  • Gabrielle Lv. 10: 800 Diamond as gift instead of 1000
  • Louis XVI Lv. 10: 1200 Diamond as gift instead of 1000
  • Lafayette Lv. 10: 1200 Diamond as gift instead of 1000
  • Fersen Lv. 10: 1500 Diamond as gift instead of 1000

It is also important to note that upon reaching Goodwill level 2, some Companions will give 1 blueprint as reward, while others will give 20 diamonds. If you are unsure about the level 2 reward of the Companion you are creating or editing the page for, just type TBC.

Letters

Each Companion has three letters, just copy them the way they are in the game. You should use <br> at the end of each paragraph to skip a line, instead of having to skip two lines so the paragraphs don't stick together.

If you haven't unlocked one of the letters yet, just type TBC in place of the content.

Character Relic

Here you just need to type {{:Relic/<relic name>}}.

  • eg. {{:Relic/Perfume Bottle}}

If you don't know or can't remember the name of the Companion relic, you can check it on the Relic Vault page.

Chapter Appearances

List only the stages where the character appears. Remembering that it's not to give any details, just to list. If you're still not sure in which stages the character appears, just type TBC under the Chapter.

Companion's Story (Optional)

Here, add the full story of the Companion throughout the book's reading. Again, only if you are inspired to do so. If not, just don't add this section. Maybe another player will feel inspired and add the section later.

Trivia

This section is also optional, only add if you remember a curious detail about the character that was identified while reading the story.

If the character is based on a person who actually existed (eg. Louis XVI from Queen Marie), you can add real historical trivia. In this case, name the section Historical Trivia instead of just Trivia.

Characternav

This is the Characternav Template, you just have to type {{Characternav}}. It will show a navigation box at the bottom of the page for faster access to all Companions pages in the game.

Categories

There are two categories that must be added to the individual Companions pages:

None other than those above, no exceptions.

Notes

  • If you've come to this guide trying to solve a doubt and have been unsuccessful, please leave a message for one of the Wiki admins and we'll be happy to help. You can find us on the Community page.
  • Please keep in mind that this is the standard format of the Time Princess Wiki, and therefore all individual Companions pages should conform to it. If you see a Companion page that does not follow this format, it means that it needs to be updated.
