Letters[]
First Letter
Dear Bianca,
I hope this letters finds you well.
Please allow me to extend my gratitude to you for accompanying me when Rosemary Manor was put up for sale. I was, and still am, deeply touched by this gesture of friendship. I have mixed feelings about the whole affair, as I have some unpleasant memories associated with my family's estate, but it was still a place I once called home. Now that Rosemary Manor and my father are both gone, I feel so alone. But at least I know that I have a friend in you, someone who truly cares about me.
I'm staying with my stepmother in a rented apartment, and looking for a job to support myself. It hasn't been an easy journey, but I suppose that was to be expected.
I won't despair or give up because I have you and Chloe as my role models. Both of you have taught me that women can be independent as long as they're willing to work hard.
I look forward to seeing you again.

Second Letter
Dear Bianca,
I hope this letter finds you well.
Good news! I found a job as a ticket inspector in a theater. I was hoping to find work as a journalist or a typist, and though this job is certainly a far cry from that, I feel lucky to have finally landed a job after months of fruitless searching.
I finally understand how challenging it is to live as an independent woman in this society, Bianca. If not for having my small inheritance as a safety net, I would have fallen into despair and probably sought a husband to rely on. This is the crushing reality that most women face, and I truly am one of the lucky few to have escaped such a fate. Still, I can't help but seethe at the injustice dealt to my fellow women.
Alright, in happier news, I love working here at the theater. I see many exceptional actors, playwrights, and artistes daily, and I've learned so much from them. Have you ever heard of Modernism, Bianca?
Please drop by and check out a performance or two anytime you're free, Bianca. I hope to see you again soon!

Third Letter
Dear Bianca,
I must first apologize in advance for my incoherent rambling in this letter, Bianca, for my mother has passed.
I speak not of my stepmother, but my birth mother, who took off after spending 5 years by my father's side. The hospital sent several documents, including her death certificate, to Rosemary Manor (which was probably the only address they could find), and they [were] only just forwarded to me. The documents also detail the medical bills she chalked up prior to her death. It seems that she suffered greatly in her last days.
I probed a bit into her life and I was surprised to learn that she was, in her own right, a successful musical theater actress. She performed for some years until damage to her voice was damaged forced her to retire. Yet, she continued to find work in theater, and eventually she even borrowed some money to stage her own musical. But the production flopped, and she became mired in det. Shortly thereafter, she turned to drink to drown her sorrows.
My mother's life ended in tragedy, and all I feel is pity. Tears are rolling down my cheeks as I write this, not just because I lost a mother, but because her attempt to be independent in this society failed. Perhaps she had ulterior motives for being with a rich man, and perhaps she was a terrible mother by abandoning her daughter. Still, she fought to free herself from society's constraints, and tried to succeed through her own hard work. She paid no heed to what others thought of her and took her life into her own hands, and that is admirable in its own right.
Oh, Bianca, I still don't know what to think of my mother, but one thing's for sure; I now feel connected to her struggles and pain. I can almost feel her right next to me now...
I'll stop the letter here now. I apologize for getting carried away.
From Eirene,
Sienna's daughter

Trivia[]
- The poem that Eirene recites in one of her interaction quotes is from one of Emily Dickinson's numerous untitled poem fragments, specifically numbered #1639.
- Interestingly, in Eirene's themed set, Villainess Vow, most of the clothing items in the set are named after notable figures in mythology and history, who could be considered as symbols of rebellion against societal norms in literature:
- In Biblical literature, Salome was best known for her involvement in the beheading of John the Baptist, after dancing for John's half-brother Herod and being promised that she would be given whatever she asked for. John's head would then be placed on a silver platter and presented to her mother as part of her mother's revenge plot. Salome's image is thus often portrayed in art as a femme fatale and a symbol of temptation, and perhaps even suggesting to the extent that even women were capable of violence like men, considering the societal norms of the past.
- Antigone was a Theban princess in Greek mythology known for her defiance against her uncle and the then-new ruler of Thebes, Creon, in order to give her brother Polynices a proper burial. In some aspects, she is also seen as a symbol of rebellion for her revolution against societal injustices against Greek women in a male-dominated society.
- Medea was a former princess of Colchis and the wife of Greek hero Jason in Greek mythology, and is best known from Euripides' tragedy Medea. Notably, she is regarded as a foreigner in Athenian society back then, who were usually depicted as uneducated and violent. Despite playing the role of a dutiful wife and mother, she was betrayed and abandoned by her own husband, which led her to be consumed by rage, vengeance and hatred, eventually culminating into a series of murders in order to get revenge.
- Lilith was a female figure in Mesopotamian and Jewish mythology, theorized to be the first wife of Adam and a primordial she-demon. In most stories, she is described to be rebellious against Adam and refuses to submit to the subservience of Man, which caused her to be banished from the Garden of Eden.
- Penthesilea was an Amazonian queen and warrior in Greek mythology who fought in the Trojan War, where she would die an honorable death. She is often associated with female empowerment and strength, having fought with men as fellow equals as a female.
