Letters[]
First Letter
Miss Finch,
I write to elaborate on the discussion we were having until we were interrupted by Eirene. This is a habit I have as a professor, and moreover, I surmised that you might be interested in hearing more as well.
As I was saying, what appears to be psychosis may actually be a patient's ingenious way of maintaining their personal connection to reality until they gain enough insight to return. All of this is subconscious, of course. The subconscious is so named precisely because humans cannot consciously conceive of it. What happens on the subconscious level is hidden but powerful, like a predator in waiting. It may be repressed for a time, but it will not [be] concealed forever. As my esteemed colleague Sigmund Freud argues (I do not always agree with him, but his contributions to psychology are indeed invaluable), these dream-like spaces are ways for our subconscious to communicate with us.
Please regard your dreams with utmost seriousness, for they contain warnings for you. Feel free to consult me further if you have any queries.

Second Letter
Dear Bianca,
It is nearly half past one in the morning, and you must be asleep right now. My train leaves in eight hours, so this is the only way I can communicate my thoughts to you.
The events on the Moravia Express haunt me still. My stupidity, fueled by the emptiness in my heart, nearly resulted in a catastrophe. Everyone on board owes you their lives, all thanks to your valiant efforts to uncover the truth. But you've also saved more than just my life when you stopped me from committing an irreversible deed.
The strangest thoughts have besieged me lately. What if you didn't make it on board? What if tragedy struck, and an innocent young man was framed and murdered? It is ridiculous to dwell on the past, I know, but such thoughts grip my mind as I lay in bed at night, like a terrible shadow lingering over my being.
Ah, but an idea has just occurred to me. I shall end this letter here now and return to work on my current book.

Third Letter
Dear BIanca,
The court's verdict on the Moravia Express case is out. Your efforts have paid off, and you can rest easy now. Congratulations are in order, and I'm happy that you got the justice you sought.
I once wondered why you were so intent on proving Cortland's innocence. To those divorced from the situation, it must seem that you did so out of love for him, but I would now disagree. Watching you on the witness stand, I felt how determined you were to ensure that justice was served, and to uncover the truth. You fought not only for Cortland but Chloe as well, when you showed the world the tragic circumstances behind her death. This sobering truth should serve as a wake-up call, and she should no longer be just another dramatic headline in gossip columns.
I must applaud you for your efforts, Bianca. You are truly ahead of your time, though I can't help but worry about the path that lies ahead of you. You may be strong, but you can't stand against societal pressure alone.
I hope that you will be able to find someone who can stand by your side, as I have unfortunately lost the privilege to be your ally. I wish things could be different, but we cannot change the past.
I wish you well.
