The Time Academy is a game feature that allows players to upgrade the base score of their Style Tags, thus further boosting their clothing scores in stages. This is one of the available options for players to further boost their clothing scores aside from clothing. Other options include Fashion Lab and upgrading Relics.
Time Academy consists of two features:
- Style Academy, where players can upgrade a themed class of their choice to upgrade the related Style Tags; and
- Magic Recycling, where players can recycle clothing to obtain materials required in Style Academy.
Spindles are the main items required for the upgrading process in the Time Academy. These can be obtained primarily via Magic Recycling, and from levelling the Goodwill level of Companions (from level 11 onwards).

Style Academy[]
The Style Academy allows players to further upgrade the attributes of the game's Style Tags, through the upgrading of themed classes. Each class focuses on 2 style tags.
Currently, there are seven themed classes available for upgrading:

Each class is divided into 12 Segments, which have 10 upgrades each (5 for each style tag), and increases in score for every upgrade. For example:
- Class Segment 1 adds your total score by 15 for each style tag upgrade
- Class Segment 2 adds your total score by 30 for each style tag upgrade
- Class Segment 3 adds your total score by 45 for each style tag upgrade, and so on.
NOTE: The score bonus will only apply when the style tag matches the one asked for in Book Stages, Fantasy Fair, Phantom Mirror, and Mirage Forest levels. It will not be added if clothing with the style tag that you have upgraded is worn, but does not match what the stage/level is asking for.

After maxing the current segment, Gold spindles and Diamonds 
are required in order to unlock the next segment for upgrading. The following table details the costs required to upgrade to the next segment in a single class:

Magic Recycling[]
Through Magic Recycling, players can trade clothing items for spindles. Magic Recycling works exactly like Lovecraft's Shop in terms of the trading system, with the exception of getting Spindles for rewards instead.
Most clothing can be recycled for Spindles, with the exception of the following:
- Encounter clothing (i.e. most, if not all, 1-star and 2-star clothing)
- Custom Couture clothing
- Altered clothing
- Society clothing
- Makeup, Nail Arts, Wings, Backgrounds, and Ornaments
The number of spindles that can be received from recycling mainly depends on the clothing's star rating, obtain difficulty, and clothing category. Players can filter their clothing by these three factors using the magnifying glass icon (🔍) at the bottom right.
The obtain difficulty of clothing is split into the following five different categories:
- Easy: Craftable clothing, mostly from the game's stories
- Normal: Clothing obtained from Lucky Jerry and Lovecraft's Shop
- Hard: Clothing obtained from Fashion Booster and Events
- Tough: Clothing obtained from Fantasy Fair, VIP Bonus, and Story Kingdom
- Extreme: TBC
Notes[]
- The Time Academy feature was added into the game in the November 21st update.
- As of the December 19th, 2022 update, the following changes were implemented to the Time Academy feature:
- The Passionate Prime and Sweet Lady themed classes were added to the Style Academy along with the four style tags; Fierce, Casual, Sweet, and Sensible.
- Society clothing was removed from the list of clothing that could be used in Magic Recycling.
